Issue: Alumni are able to schedule one-on-one meetings during times when I already have existing appointments on my Google Calendar. The Prentice system is not accounting for these conflicts, which leads to scheduling overlaps and requires frequent rescheduling. Request: Please investigate and resolve the issue so that Prentice accurately reflects my availability and prevents these overlaps. Note: I have attached a screenshot showing my availability in Prentice from an alumni’s perspective, along with my actual calendar, which indicates that I am unavailable from 2:00 to 3:00 PM and from 4:00 to 5:00 PM on October 7th. Despite this, Prentice still shows me as available during those times.
