Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with the Job Seekers tab. When I apply filters, such as including my name and the cohort number, the filters reset every time I click on a student’s name and then return to the previous view. This requires me to reapply the filters repeatedly, which affects my efficiency and takes up additional time. Could you please look into this issue and help ensure that the filters remain intact when navigating back and forth? Thank you for your assistance!

It's odd to me that there's no ability to sort jobseekers by last name. Can you please separate the name columns, and as a bonus, add a button right on the columns so that one can easily sort them without opening the "Filter" box?

Ability to archive jobs so job tracker doesn't get long or archive a full job track to start with a clean slate if restart their job search.
