When creating and inviting members to join a Prentus community, admins can block the invite email from triggering. This will create the member account without the possibility of the member knowing.
After the member information has been uploaded either via CSV or Single Profile create, admins then are prompted to draft the invite email.
Click the toggle off above the Email Subject to disable the email invite to new members.

Two new filter types have been added to the Jobs tab under the Employer page. Admins can now sort by:
- Job Location
- Job Office Policy
To access these filters go to the Employer page > Job tab > Filters button > sort with new filters as needed.
When a member requests a session, admins are now able to reassign the session to another coach or change the session type.
To reassign the session:
- Go to the Jobseekers page > Sessions tab
- The pending sessions will be at the top of the sessions table
- Click the icon two arrows to the left of the green check mark
- A pop up will appear to edit session coach and type
- To change the coach, click the drop down box and select the coach to reassign the session to
- To change the session type, click the drop down box and select the session type to change


During onboarding, a member's location is added to their workflow under the Preferred Role section. This saves as their location until otherwise updated under their Prentus Profile for any location settings within the platform such as job referrals, timezone, and event access.
A community setting has been added for Owners to be able to disable members from posting and sharing jobs to the job board. This will block their extension from being able to successfully share the job to the job board and remove all "Share Job" buttons and functionality for all member statuses.
To disable members from posting to the community job board go to Community Settings > Platform > Job Board > "Disable Member Job Posting" and toggle on. Make sure to save changes!

Jobseekers can add a short sentence for a company summary to resumes under Job Experience. This is displayed above the bullet points in the resume display.
When a jobseeker uses the real-time job scraper and adds a scraped job post to their job tracker, the job post will be posted to the Community Job Board.
Owners can now disable metered items usage with Billing Controls. Under Billing > Billing Controls, owners can enable or disable via toggle for email broadcasts, SMS broadcasts, and manual LinkedIn scans. Each meter item has its own toggle to disable and enable.
