Feature Requests

Many employers in our network prefer certifications to be listed as their own section on resumes. Currently, Prentus does not offer a dedicated Certifications section in the resume builder. It would be beneficial to have the ability to add or create a specific Certifications section, or to replace the Projects section with it, to better meet employer preferences and enhance the resume-building experience for students.

I would like to request the ability for members to use the “@” mention functionality within Community Spaces (posts and comments), similar to how admins can currently tag individuals in internal notes. This feature would support the following goals: Enhance community engagement by making conversations more interactive and direct Increase visibility and utilization of resources Improve platform adoption and long-term usage by positioning Prentus not only as a career services hub, but also as a central space for member connection and collaboration

We track the number of jobs that we post monthly. Being able to track those for the month, throughout the month, would be great.

I would like a 'canceled' option in the session type dropdown. Currently, when I cancel a session, it is removed from the appointment list, which doesn't reflect the actual flow of appointments. Having a 'canceled' option would help me track patterns of cancellations without marking them as 'no show.'

When adding education bullets into the education tab, they display on the resume as entered, without an option to sort. If I remember something I did between different studies, I have to delete previous info to keep it chronological. It would be helpful to have a tool to select or deselect different education entries, allowing resumes to be tailored to jobs without manually inputting them repeatedly.

I am looking for a feature that allows me to practice mock interviews using my voice and microphone. This would help me work on my verbal delivery and speaking skills during interviews, which is crucial for my preparation. Having a voice-based practice option would greatly enhance the realism and effectiveness of the mock interview experience.

It's odd to me that there's no ability to sort jobseekers by last name. Can you please separate the name columns, and as a bonus, add a button right on the columns so that one can easily sort them without opening the "Filter" box?

I would like to rearrange the visual order of the columns in the Job Tracker to better suit my workflow. Currently, the columns are fixed, and I would prefer to have them in the order of Added, Applied, Rejected, Interviewing, and Offer. This customization would help me manage my job applications more efficiently.

I noticed that you currently offer extensions for Chrome and Edge browsers, but not for Firefox. It would be beneficial to have a Firefox extension as well, as it would allow users who prefer Firefox to utilize your services more effectively. This would enhance accessibility and convenience for a broader range of users.

During workshops, it would be helpful if attendance could be automatically tracked when someone joins. This would streamline the process and ensure accurate attendance records without manual intervention.
