When a post from the Community Space is tagged as a Resource (via the “Resource” checkbox in the post menu), the item is correctly added to the Resource Library. However, the system is pulling the post’s header formatting markup (e.g., #, ##) into the Resource Title field instead of rendering the text cleanly. This results in: • Titles displaying raw markup instead of a readable header. • Reduced searchability for job seekers who rely on the Resource Library to find relevant content.

Requesting Timezones in Events When we post events, we have students across multiple timezones. The event start and end time doesn't allow for timezones. We attempt to solve this by adding that information into the event details, but it can still be confusing (or missed).

I would like to request the ability for members to use the “@” mention functionality within Community Spaces (posts and comments), similar to how admins can currently tag individuals in internal notes. This feature would support the following goals: Enhance community engagement by making conversations more interactive and direct Increase visibility and utilization of resources Improve platform adoption and long-term usage by positioning Prentus not only as a career services hub, but also as a central space for member connection and collaboration

Be able to preview the existing comments that are already on the post so to boost engagement for continued discussion.

When creating events in Prentus, the “Event Link” field is currently required. However, we often share third-party events—such as local in-person events or webinars that only provide a Zoom link after registration. In these cases, we only have a “Registration Link” and not a direct event link to share. Please consider making the “Event Link” field optional, or allow us to publish events with only a “Registration Link” when applicable. This would give us greater flexibility to promote valuable opportunities we don’t host ourselves.
