Currently, the in-app templates allow for personalized attributes, such as adding a member's name, while email templates do not. This inconsistency requires us to maintain separate templates for in-app and email communications. It would be beneficial if the templates could function uniformly across both platforms, allowing for personalized attributes in emails as well. This would streamline our workflow and ensure consistency in our communications.
