However, the system is pulling the post’s header formatting markup (e.g., #, ##) into the Resource Title field instead of rendering the text cleanly.

This results in:

• Titles displaying raw markup instead of a readable header.

• Reduced searchability for job seekers who rely on the Resource Library to find relevant content.
