I would like to explore the possibility of enhancing Prentus to further engage our students in job application completion. It would be beneficial to implement workflows, prompts, and automations within Prentus to provide weekly reminders for student engagement and weekly email reminders to contact their career coach.

Hi! We recently rolled out our custom workflows builder which is accessible on the Admin Settings page. It was documentation on how to use it as well as an AI bot that you can ask about how to structure your intended flows.
