  • When it says previous salary / new salary, it does not specify if it is yearly or monthly
  • Perhaps think about being able to select another currency and then for internal purposes convert it to dollars?
  • Consider being able to skip uploading the offer letter. I was about to submit it but it is marked as "restricted" and it contravenes the company's policy (not because of pay disclosure, but probably wording and the fact that it is a public agency)
