Allow Students to Delete Their Only Default Resume

Improved resume deletion behavior: you can now delete your default resume only when it’s the only resume you have. Default resumes remain protected from deletion when multiple resumes exist. Previously, once a student had a resume on file it couldn't delete the resume because they could only have one on file at a time and couldn't remove to have only 0 once they had one.
