I am unable to assign a new coach to a group of our jobseekers. They have accepted the invite and are already on the platform.

Members are reporting that it will work then stop with "something unexpected happened on our server" then refresh and it works then error etc.

This issue arose recently, after I tried to re-install the extension..

The Outcomes Report page does not allow confirmation of some employment entries, specifically for students Eric Hibbard and Gerard Ike. Deleting or confirming employment for other students works fine.

Some students reported repeated assignments - and as an. admin I could not delete the duplicates (we used to have the delete button for the assigned tasks). An example can be Aldo Almanzar's Task #5s

When making changes, it requires refreshing the page to see changes. This should be real-time.

When selecting tags to filter resources in library, the only tags available are private admin tags. Please see attachment of dropdown list displaying private tags.
