Jobs that admin post, sometimes the edit button is not available after it is posted

Our understanding is jobs that are 30 days old get archived from the job board, yet we are still seeing jobs from 2-3 months ago in our job board

When an admin goes to add a job, the tags don't save and populate

We track the number of jobs that we post monthly. Being able to track those for the month, throughout the month, would be great.
