The resume analyze is not working for some users (approx 50%). When I click Analyze Resume, there's a delay as if it's processing, but the result is an error message "Resume Analysis Failed".

This is preventing users from submitting their resumes for review.

Furthermore, I'm unable to disable the requirement to analyze resumes/LI before submitting in the Jobseeker settings.
