Networking via the Chrome extension is broken
in progress

As of last week (which was the last time I checked), the Chrome extension on the web store doesn't work for networking. It won't extract details for a LinkedIn contact (name, title, etc.), and even if I type out the details, it won't save because of "Invalid Contact Information." I've tried this on two different computers - one with Windows and another with Linux - and had the same experience. If I use an old build that I have downloaded (not the one from the Chrome Web Store), it works just fine (though it can be annoyingly slow). You know how to make this work. Please fix it!

We are currently revamping our Chrome Extension and expect to launch a new version by end of next week. Things should run more smoothly and solve these issues. William Carson will provide an update once this is finished. Thank you for your patience!

I am having the same issue with iOS system. While on Linkedin, using the Prentus Chrome extension, it tells me to add a contact manually, when trying to do so, and making sure every necessary box is filled out, it shows a message saying "Invalid Contact Information" and does not add the contact. It works okay while adding a contact directly on Prentus' website.

Jacinto Orozco Street: Hello and thank you for messaging! This fix is still underway, in fact I recently did a new round of QA on our solution. We are approaching a completed new version and will be submitting it to the chrome web store within the next week.
