Missing: Profile Submission
complete
Scott Bowman
Jobseekers are unable to submit their Profiles on Prentus, even though they've completed all fields. The physical submission button and feedback section are missing. I was able to replicate this myself (see screenshot).
Feedback from my team: "When we got to the end of class today, only 1 student had the "Submit for Review" button visible to submit their profile"

Members can now submit Profiles correctly without any "profile incomplete" errors incorrectly blocking their submission.

Profile Completion - No Alerts of Missing Fields
Scott Bowman
Problem: The Prentus UI isn't alerting Jobseekers that they are missing fields on their Profile and that's preventing submission.
Feedback: "I have a student who is unable to submit their profile. They have the submit button, but are receiving 'Your profile has not been completed. Please make sure all tabs are free of alerts then resubmit.' She is using Chrome and all her tabs are completed." (see image 1).
Here's how I approached troubleshooting (see image 2). From the Admin page, I accessed the Jobseeker's Profile and checked each section. The Experience section is particularly picky. I noticed her "Current Role" was missing, but this is not a required field. I checked 'Current Role' and filled in those details under Job Experience. Once saved, I received a confirmation: 'Profile Completed - You can now submit for review'.
Proposed solution: Ideally, the system should notify the Jobseeker specifically which fields they are missing so they can complete them and submit, rather than manually digging around or guessing.

I just created a Jobseeker account today to test this issue again. I am still unable to submit the Profile because it's stating "Profile Incomplete," although we have added data to every field in the Profile. None of the Profile sections are highlighted in Red, indicating that all the necessary fields are completed. I triple checked all other non-required fields as well.
At one point, the Experience section was stuck on Red until I refreshed the page.

The same issue seems to apply to LinkedIn profile submission. Jobseekers are experiencing issues with submitting their LinkedIn profiles for review and the physical submission box is missing.

Missing: Resume Submission
Scott Bowman
We are receiving reports that Jobseekers are unable to submit their resumes for review. Additionally, the physical submission and feedback field is missing entirely (See the image below).
This issue has impacted roughly 40 users at the time of this posting.
The workaround we've found is to analyze the resume, then the 'Submit Default Resume' button becomes available. However, this is inconsistent and only works for some users.
Team feedback & solutions:
1) "Over half of my class is still missing the submission button for anything on their [Prentus] today. I decided to have everyone just email their resumes to me for review, and I'll instruct them in saving the document to prentus later (which they can still do, but just can't submit for evaluation)."
2) "Half the people in my class did not have the green submit button, but they could submit by clicking on the pink area that appears in the top right area of the screen, which says to click for a review. It only seems to appear once they upload the resume and run the AI Analyzer."
3) "I had a few that had no submit button even after several attempts to analyze. I also requested they email me their resume if they could not get it to submit after trying at home."
