Grading: Notifications & UI Bugs

I have received multiple reports by Admin users of bugs with the Grading features in on the Jobseeker tab.
- UI -> Multiple Jobseekers have submitted their resumes, but the UI doesn't change. The Resume icon and Feedback area indicates there was no submission. I can see the resume is present, the normal resume submission message is displayed, and the resume is set as their default (See image).
- Notifications -> Career Coaches are reporting that Jobseekers assigned to them are submitting their materials, but they are not receiving Email notifications. These two users checked their notifications for "Material submitted for review", and they confirmed the notifications were toggled ON for both in-app and email messages. The email messages are essential for Career Coaches who are grading materials submitted by Jobseekers.
- Grading -> Reported by a Career Coach: Submitted materials are not initially showing up in the gradebook (Grading) area even though there's a red dot stating there are assignments to be graded. For example, the profiles just showed up today for grading, however none of the resumes are showing. We have to go all the way into their profiles to retrieve their resumes. We can work around this as of now, but not sure if this is something others might experience.
