Employer Partnership Bugs - Cannot create users & no Add Employer UI confirmation

Hi,
We're experiencing multiple bugs with the Employer feature. This is directly impacting our ability to onboard new employers.
First, when we go Add Employer Partners (see below) then click "Add Employer," there is no confirmation message in the UI. Out of confusion, we naturally click "Add Employer" multiple times expecting some kind of visual feedback. This results in duplicate employer accounts that have to be deleted.
Second, when we attempt to Add a Team Member for an employer, we get an error message
Failed to create employer user
As a result, we cannot invite employers to access Prentus.
